Management Mentoring- Our Principal Consultant was sourced to improve the sales pipeline of a medium sized fleet management company. The project involved mentoring the managing director; leading to a change of the sales strategy to a consultative approach; developing a consulting strategy; supporting the recruitment of a new team, and leading the team in launching the first Corporate Fleet Benchmark in the industry. This project resulted in a 30% increase in the sales pipeline and attracted large corporate clients.
