Effective Fleet Management

Worked with customer, suppliers and the ultimate users of the service to develop a EU wide 'vehicle off the road' management tool. The tool allowed the customer to have insight into all vehicles that are currently in service or repair; with all the details; estimates and updates on progress provided automatically. Ultimately the tool is instrumental in keeping 95% of the customer business critical fleet on the road, earning income.
